The museum held another very successful Easter event on 20th March.
Visitors to the museum enjoyed the fine weather as well as racing action courtesy of the Dumfries model car club, a display of classic cars, various stalls and games and an Easter bunny scavenger hunt.
Many thanks to everybody who came along for an enjoyable day.
Spring is in the air and we are busy getting ready to open for a new Season. Volunteers from the Prince’s Trust were on site last week to help out.
In addition to giving the display areas a thorough spring cleaning, the team helped out with the ongoing building works by removing the old boundary fences and painting steel sections for the next Romney Shed.
Many thanks to the great team from the Prince’s Trust for all their hard work over two days.
