Programme for The Scottish International Aviation Meeting, Lanark, 1910 – Cover Page

Over the years the Museum as built up a wide-ranging archive of many different kinds of materials: manuscript log books and notebooks, photographs, and very varied collections of printed materials. These cover all periods of aviation history but are especially strong in the World War 2 and post-war periods.

Initial cataloguing and listing of the archives has been carried out over the last ten years or so and the Museum is now beginning to place selections of these materials on the archive page on this web site. Two initial documents have been posted, and other selections will follow as time permits.

Anyone seeking further information or who has skills in scanning documents and would like to assist with this work is invited to contact the Museum’s Archivist through the Contact Us page.
